Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the App, as they govern your rights and obligations when using our services.

1.1 Overview of Android Exploits

Android Exploits is a security-focused application that collects anonymous hardware data from user devices and generates security reports based on the device’s hardware keystore and other factors. This information is processed and stored on our servers to create anonymous security statistics and insights, which are used to enhance our services, train artificial intelligence models, and publish security trends. Users have the option to subscribe to premium services, granting access to advanced security features such as AI-generated reports, detailed exploit information, URL validation, file scanning, and real-time notifications.

1.2 Agreement to the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the App.

This agreement is legally binding and forms the basis of the relationship between you, the user, and SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth. Whether you are using the free version or a premium subscription, these Terms govern your use of the App and related services.

2. Changes to the Terms

2.1 Right to Modify the Terms

SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted within the "Android Exploits" mobile application or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2.2 Notification of Changes

While we may, at our discretion, notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications, email, or other communication methods, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for any updates or modifications.

If you do not agree to any modifications made to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the App immediately. Continued use following the posting of changes will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Description of Services

3.1 App and Server Backend

Android Exploits is a mobile application developed by SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth that provides tools and insights to help users analyze and improve the security of their Android devices. The App collects anonymous hardware information from user devices and securely transmits this data to our server backend for processing. Based on this data, we generate security reports that assess device vulnerability, focusing on the device’s hardware keystore and other relevant security factors.

3.2 Anonymous Data Collection and Reporting

The information collected from user devices is strictly anonymized, meaning no personally identifiable information (PII) is stored or shared. The collected data is used to:

Generate individual device security reports,

Create aggregated, anonymous statistics for public security trends,

Enhance the performance and security of our services,

Train artificial intelligence models to better detect and prevent future security threats.

3.3 Premium Subscription Features

In addition to the free services offered, users can subscribe to our premium plan, which includes the following features:

AI-Generated Security Reports: Obtain detailed AI reports that analyze device vulnerabilities and offer tailored security recommendations.

Access to Exploit and Issue Details: View detailed reports on specific exploits or security issues affecting devices.

Statistics Exploration: Explore in-depth security statistics across various device types and threat categories.

URL Validation and File Scanner: Utilize tools to check URLs for malicious content and scan files for security threats.

AI Content Evaluation of URLs: AI-powered analysis of website content before you visit, helping identify potential risks or suspicious content in real time.

Real-Time Notifications: Receive real-time alerts on newly discovered vulnerabilities and potential threats.

3.4 Limitations of Service

While Android Exploits strives to provide accurate and up-to-date security information, no security system is infallible. Users acknowledge that the App may not detect all security threats, and it is the user's responsibility to ensure their device remains secure. SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth is not liable for any damages or security breaches that may occur as a result of using the App.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Android Exploits application, you agree to adhere to the following responsibilities and obligations to ensure the security and integrity of our services and comply with applicable laws.

4.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Android Exploits App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, privacy, and security. Any use of the App for illegal purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access to devices, networks, or data, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Prohibition of Attacking or Compromising Systems

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that attempts to compromise the security, functionality, or integrity of the Android Exploits App, our servers, or any associated systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to attack, breach, or disrupt the security of our servers, infrastructure, or the App itself,

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the App,

Exploiting or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities within the App, server backend, or any associated services,

Interfering with the proper functioning of the App, including bypassing any security features or usage restrictions.

Any attempt to access or manipulate our systems in an unauthorized manner will result in immediate termination of your access to the App and may lead to legal action.

4.2.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Android Exploits, including but not limited to the App, software, algorithms, data, and any related services, is the exclusive intellectual property of SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App or its content without explicit written permission from us. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

4.3 Device Compatibility and Security

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with the Android Exploits App and that it meets the minimum system requirements. You must maintain the security of your own device, including keeping your software up to date and securing your network access. Android Exploits is not responsible for any issues arising from device incompatibility, improper device security, or outdated software.

4.4 Protecting User Credentials

If you have created an account or subscribe to the premium service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your login information with others, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.5 Fair Usage

You agree to use the App in a reasonable manner and not to abuse any functionality. Misuse of the App, including excessive or malicious use of scanning tools, may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the App.

4.6 Premium Features

If you subscribe to the premium service, you agree to use the additional features for their intended purpose and not to exceed any usage limits as specified in your subscription plan. Any abuse or misuse of premium features may result in the suspension of your premium account and possible forfeiture of fees.

5. Data Collection and Usage

5.1 Anonymous Data Collection

The Android Exploits App collects anonymous hardware information from user devices. This data is strictly anonymized and does not include any personally identifiable information (PII) related to the device’s hardware. The collected data is used solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms, including generating security reports, producing anonymized statistics, and enhancing the App’s functionality and security features.

5.2 User Authentication and Subscription Management

In order to manage subscriptions and authenticate users, the App uses Google Firebase Auth, which provides a unique user identifier (auth token). This token is collected and stored to enable premium service access and manage user accounts. While the auth token is necessary for subscription services, it does not contain personal information beyond what is required for authentication purposes.

If you choose to delete your account, you can do so via our website. Upon account deletion, the Firebase Auth token and any associated subscription data will be permanently removed from our system.

5.3 Use of Data for Reports, Statistics, and AI

The anonymous data collected from your device is used to:

Generate individual security reports assessing your device's vulnerability,

Aggregate data to create anonymous statistical reports on security trends across devices and regions,

Improve the performance and accuracy of our App,

Train artificial intelligence (AI) models to enhance security threat detection and prevention.

5.4 Rights to Anonymized Data

By using the Android Exploits App, you grant SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth the perpetual, irrevocable right to collect, store, process, and use the anonymized data from your device. This includes the right to publish aggregated statistics and security reports based on this anonymized data. You acknowledge that this data is non-reversible and cannot be linked back to you or your individual device.

5.5 Data Sharing and Publication

We may publicly share or publish anonymized security reports and statistics derived from the data collected. These reports may be used for research, public safety, or educational purposes. The data will always be presented in an aggregated, anonymized format, and individual user information will never be disclosed.

5.6 Data Security

We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the data we collect and store. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. By using the App, you accept these inherent risks.

5.7 User Rights to Data

Since the data collected is fully anonymized and aggregated, you do not have the ability to request its deletion or modification. However, you may delete your account via our website at any time, which will result in the deletion of your Firebase Auth token and cessation of any further data collection from your device.

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Subscription Overview

7.3 No Liability for Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or use,

Device or system failures,

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for indirect or consequential damages is not permitted, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. In any event, the total liability of SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth for any direct damages resulting from your use of the App or its services will not exceed the total amount you have paid for your subscription within the past 12 months or $100, whichever is lower.

The Android Exploits App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party content is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and conditions of any third-party services you engage with.

7.6 Applicable Law and Limitation

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the provisions above may not apply to you. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any claims related to your use of the App must be brought within one (1) year from the date such claim arises, or be forever barred.

8. Server Availability and Updates

8.1 Potential Server Downtime

While SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth strives to maintain continuous availability of the Android Exploits App and its backend services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be instances of planned or unplanned downtime due to server maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. During such periods, some or all features of the App, including premium services, may be unavailable.

We will take all reasonable measures to minimize server downtime and inform users in advance of any scheduled maintenance or planned outages. However, certain urgent issues or failures may require immediate intervention, and in such cases, prior notice may not always be possible.

8.2 Responsibilities During Outages

During server outages, SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth is not responsible for any loss of data, disruption of services, or other inconveniences that may arise due to the temporary unavailability of our servers or services. Users agree that no compensation or refunds will be issued for service disruptions caused by server downtime.

If a prolonged outage affects premium subscription services, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the functionality is restored as quickly as possible and may, at our discretion, provide extensions to the subscription period as a goodwill gesture.

8.3 Update Notifications

The Android Exploits App is continuously evolving, and updates may be required to improve security, functionality, and overall user experience. These updates may include security patches, feature enhancements, or bug fixes.

You agree to accept and install updates when they become available. Failure to update the App may result in reduced functionality or incompatibility with the latest server features. Whenever possible, we will notify users in advance of significant updates that may impact the App's performance or require user action.

9. Security and Privacy

9.1 Protection of Data

At SarotecK Inh. Sascha Roth, we take the protection of your data seriously. The Android Exploits App collects and processes only anonymous hardware information from your device. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or stored by our systems, ensuring your privacy at all times.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that could affect your security or privacy, we will take immediate steps to mitigate the situation and notify you in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9.3 User Responsibilities

While we work to maintain the highest levels of security, users are also responsible for taking appropriate steps to safeguard their devices and accounts.
